Home must be within 60 miles of downtown Pittsburgh.  Fees are $25 a  room,  with a $200 minimum.  For homes outside of 20 miles of Pittsburgh, there will be a $40 surcharge for travel.  We will only clear entire homes (and surrounding properties) including restrooms - i.e. we will not limit clearing to only select rooms.
